This item is of excellent quailty. It works wonderfully for making
home made pie crust. My kithenaid mixer did not come with the dough
hook so I purchased it from here and I am very pleased |
new dough hook saved the day!

| I had my kitchen aid mixer for over 10 years, with a bread hook that I use constantly. Unfortunately, I have placed it in the dishwasher too many times, and know now, that was a no-no.... It eventually wore out from dishwashing it. I am so thankful I was able to replace my new dough hook, knowing that it was needed to make bread for over 250 people within this month. I received my dough hook in time from Amazon. Yes, I continue to make bread with my kitchen aid hook, but, will be handwashing it from now on, which is not that hard to do. |

| I purchased the Accolade 400 a few months ago; it came w/ a CD video with a demo on how to use the dough hook. I followed the demo for myself and my bread comes out perfect everytime. I make bread about 3 times a week. I'll never go back to store- bought bread again. I've even made sweet and rye breads as well...the dough hook works wonderfully for me. |

| I can make bread and pizza dough without the trouble of kneading too long. It's design provides for easy clean up. Great for people who love to bake, hate the mess. |
